Social action at the service of regional staffAssociation law 1901, the SSEMA (Social Service of Municipal Employees and Assimilated) is the body of the member local authorities to manage this social action.
It offers a range of services to improve the material and moral conditions of their staff who are local civil servants.The services that SSEMA can distribute to its members are detailed in the "Guide to services" which you can consult in the appendix to this article.Originally, the association was created in November 1972 at the will of the mayor of Colomiers and city employees.
Various unions from the western suburbs of Toulouse, the CCAS and the Colomiers social and cultural action association were involved.
